The AstroClear filter range is designed to cut through urban light pollution and enhance the cosmos when photographing the night sky. The AstroClear filters also work well on night time cityscapes to reduce the fuzziness and colour cast of street lighting.

The premium optical element is manufactured from Schott B270 glass for the ultimate in clarity and evenness of colour.

Can be paired with Pig Iron Black Mist filters to soften the specular highlights in contrasty scenes.

The filter frame is machined from aviation-grade aluminium with an ultra-wide-angle structure to avoid vignetting on wide angle lenses. Oxidation and sandblasting treatment on the surface can effectively avoid stray light from entering the lens.
